By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these terms of service and acknowledge that you have read and consented to them.
1) I reserve the right to cancel an outstanding commission at any time, for any reason.2) I will not tolerate any amount of verbal abuse or unprofessional behavior / disrespect from clients. You will be given a warning in the event of this behavior and if it is not corrected, the commission will be cancelled and refunded.3) In the event of a commission cancellation, you are entitled to a refund. This refund will vary in amount- If progress has been made on your commission, a refund will be given with the percentage of progress deducted from the price
(eg: 20.00 Commission with 10% of the work done, 18 dollar refund.)
If no progress has been made, a full refund will be provided to the client.
If I am the one initiating the refund / cancelling the commission, a full refund will be given.4) As a commissioner, you are entitled to progress updates at any time. You may find them via my trello (linked below) or by reaching out and messaging me privately.5) Finally, thank you for your consideration and thank you for taking the time to read my terms of service.
